PRIVACY POLICY

ERRORS AND OMISSIONS


The Woggle Workshop will only accept responsibility to remake items where these have not been made in accordance with the accepted and final order.

Because of the hand made to order nature of our products,we would ask that at order stage, you CAREFULLY CHECK ALL SPELLING AND OTHER DETAILS, and in the case of woggles let us know of any size requirements or preferences to suit your scarves. Once made our products cannot be altered, items subsequently needing to be re-made due to errors in your order, will be at your expense.

TERMS OF PAYMENT


Unless prior arrangements have been made, terms are

strictly payment with order.


DELIVERY AND DEFECTIVE GOODS


Liability for non delivery of goods cannot be accepted unless the Woggle Workshop is notified of non arrival within 15 days of despatch.

Upon notification of non arrival the Woggle Workshop will instigate a search with the delivery company used, only after the results of that search are known, will a way forward with the customer be agreed. Any shortages, breakages or defective goods must be reported to the Woggle Workshop within 10 days of receipt.


MANUFACTURE


All our products, are hand made to your order and are available only to members of the Scout and Guide organisations.

All images of products shown are examples of our work as previously provided to Scouts and Guides.

 

All logos and names shown are the copyright of their respective owners.

The Woggle Workshop gives no permission in respect of the use of these logos.

The Guide logo may only be used if the design includes the name of the Guide Unit or event.


CANCELLATION OF ORDER


Because of the hand made to order nature of our products, no cancellation of any order will be effective, unless prior agreement is sought from the Woggle Workshop, this decision will be based on progress made with the order and the individual nature of the order.

ORDERING


It is not our intention to sell items directly from this website, we are instead providing only an illustration of items it is possible to have made.


We would initially ask that you contact us with any enquiry or requests, at the same time confirming your Group, Unit or District.

By doing so you are only expressing an interest in a product and no order will exist at that stage.

Following this contact, the Woggle Workshop will reply with a full quotation and details of your order, only after your acceptance of this quotation and our receipt of your payment, will the order be accepted.


Woggles are generally made to a standard diameter to suit the usual Scout and Guide scarf, if you have any special woggle size requirements for thicker scarves etc. Please make us aware of your requirements on ordering.


The Woggle Workshop reserves the right to refuse to supply any products to anyone for whatever reason.


DELIVERY PERIODS


Please make us aware at the time of order of any time restraints or delivery dates products are required for, no products are available “off the shelf” and you will need to allow production time when ordering, at busy times our production period can be lengthy.

SALE OR RETURN


Goods are not provided on a sale or return basis.
